Common use of Reliance by Lender Clause in Contracts

Reliance by Lender. Lender shall be entitled to rely and act on any communications purportedly given by or on behalf of any Borrower even if (i) such communications (A) were not made in a manner specified herein, (B) were incomplete or (C) were not preceded or followed by any other notice specified herein, or (ii) the terms thereof, as understood by the recipient, varied from any subsequent related communications provided for herein. Each Borrower shall indemnify Lender from any loss, cost, expense or liability as a result of relying on any communications permitted herein.
