RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION. List of attached copies of documentation, if relevant to the MATERIAL. When there is more than one document of a single type, it shall be clear to which SPECIMENs each refers. All those referred documents will form part of the AGREEMENT. The SUPPLIER will collect PERSONAL DATA from the RECIPIENTS’s contact person. The purpose of collecting PERSONAL DATA is in order to assist in processing the loan. In accordance with this AGREEMENT the SUPPLIER will collect the name, address, email address and phone number of the RECIPIENT.
