Common use of Reletting by Lessor Clause in Contracts

Reletting by Lessor. If an Event of Default shall have occurred, whether or not this Lease has been terminated pursuant to Section 17.1, Lessor shall use its best efforts to relet the Leased Property or any part thereof for the account of Lessee, in the name of Lessee or otherwise, for such term or terms (which may be greater or less than the period which would otherwise have constituted the balance of the then current Term) and on such conditions (which may include concessions or free rent) and for such purposes as Lessor may determine, and may collect, receive and retain the rents resulting from such reletting.
