Releases of Hazardous Materials. Promptly respond to and clean up any release or threatened release of any Hazardous Material (see definition in Article 3.05) into the drainage systems, soils, groundwater, waters or atmosphere, in a safe manner, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, and regulations, and as authorized or approved by all federal, state or local agencies having authority to regulate the permitting, handling and cleanup of Hazardous Materials. The Authority and the Airport Fire Department shall be notified immediately of any release or threatened release of any Hazardous Material.
