RELEASED TIME FOR UNIT REPRESENTATION. The YFA will be reimbursed on a per-hour basis for YFA representatives participating in Employer/Employee Relations Committee meetings, or comparable meetings, scheduled by mutual agreement. The reimbursement will be based on the individual representative's current non-instructional hourly rate.
