Release Time Process. (a) Identify a minimum amount of notice/request required except in urgent situations. (b) Notice/request submitted to District designated position/person. (c) Reimbursement invoice to be sent to CSEA designated position. (d) Standard form to be developed jointly that documents the foregoing information (dates, purpose, etc.). (e) Parties will explore options to minimize the impact of the employees release time. (f) Explore options generally with respect to release time as well as options related specifically to release of chapter president as early as possible.
