Release Support Period. Iternal shall support a release of the Solutions provided however, that if for any reason Customer has prohibited Iternal from making updates to the Solution for a period of twelve months or more; Customer acknowledges that Iternal’s obligations hereunder apply only to Generally Available Services unless Customer has paid to support customizations.
