RELEASE OF PLEDGORS. If any Pledgor is released from its Guarantee in accordance with the provisions of the Credit Agreement, then Collateral Agent shall (at the expense of Borrower) take all action necessary to release its security interest in that portion of the Security Agreement Collateral owned by such Pledgor, and shall release such Pledgor from its obligations hereunder (other than obligations intended to survive the termination hereof), in each case subject to and in accordance with Section 7.09 of the Credit Agreement.
