RELEASE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES. Renter agrees Owner may, and Renter expressly authorizes Owner, to provide information in Owner’s possession about Renter and AAD(s), including but not limited to such driver’s name, address, cellular/mobile and other phone numbers, driver’s license and/or credit/debit card information to applicable authorities or other third parties, in connection with this Agreement including, without limitation, providing Renter’s personal data to third parties which conduct services on Owner’s behalf (such as consumer satisfaction surveys) and consent to Owner or Owner’s representatives contacting Renter.

RELEASE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES. Renter agrees Owner may, and Renter expressly authorizes Owner, to provide information in Owner’s possession about Renter and AAD(s), including but not limited to such driver’s name, address, cellular/mobile address and other phone numbers, driver’s license and/or credit/debit card information to to: applicable authorities, where solicited; and/or applicable authorities or other third parties, in connection with this Agreement including, without limitation, providing Renter’s personal data to third parties which conduct services on Owner’s behalf (such as consumer satisfaction surveys) and consent to enforcement of its rights under this Agreement. Owner or Owner’s representatives contacting Rentermay charge an administrative fee.
