Common use of Release of Funds in Accumulation Period Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Release of Funds in Accumulation Period Reserve Account. On the earliest to occur of (A) the payment in full of the Series 2016-5 Notes, (B) the first Payment Date relating to an Early Amortization Period, and (C) the Series 2016-5 Final Maturity Date, any funds remaining in the Series 2016-5 Accumulation Period Reserve Account will be treated as Available Investor Interest Collections. The Series 2016-5 Accumulation Period Reserve Account will, following that occurrence, be considered to have terminated for purposes of this Indenture Supplement.
