Release of Employment Claims. Xx. Xxxxxxx agrees, as a condition to receipt of any termination payments and benefits provided for in Section 5 of this Agreement (other than compensation accrued and payable at the date of termination without regard to termination) that he will execute a general release agreement, in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement, releasing any and all claims arising out of Xx.
