Common use of Release of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Release of Confidential Information. No Party shall release or disclose Confidential Information to any other person, except to its Affiliates (limited by FERC Standards of Conduct requirements), subcontractors, employees, consultants, or to parties who may be considering providing financing to or equity participation with Developer, or to potential purchasers or assignees of a Party, on a need-to-know basis in connection with this Agreement, unless such person has first been advised of the confidentiality provisions of this Article 22 and has agreed to comply with such provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party providing Confidential Information to any person shall remain primarily responsible for any release of Confidential Information in contravention of this Article 22.

Release of Confidential Information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party providing Confidential Information to any person shall remain primarily responsible for any release of Confidential Information in contravention of this Article 22.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party providing Confidential Information to any person shall remain primarily responsible for any release of Confidential Information in contravention of this Article 22Article 22.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party providing Confidential Information to any person shall remain primarily responsible for any release of Confidential Information in contravention of this Article 2212.

Release of Confidential Information. No Party shall release or disclose Confidential Information of another Party to any other person, except to its Affiliates (limited by FERC in accordance with the Commission’s Standards of Conduct requirements), subcontractors, employees, consultants, consultants or to parties who may be or considering providing financing to or equity participation with Developer, or to potential purchasers or assignees of a Party, in New Service Upgrade Customer on a need-to-know basis in connection with this AgreementUpgrade CSA, unless such person has first been advised of the confidentiality provisions of this Article 22 Section and has agreed to comply with such provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party providing that provides Confidential Information of another Party to any person shall remain primarily responsible for any release of Confidential Information in contravention of this Article 22Section.

Release of Confidential Information. No Party shall release or disclose Confidential Information to any other person, except to its Affiliates (limited by FERC Standards of Conduct requirements), subcontractors, employees, consultants, or to parties who may be considering providing financing to or equity participation with DeveloperInterconnection Customers, or to potential purchasers or assignees of a Party, on a need-to-to- know basis in connection with this Agreement, unless such person has first been advised of the confidentiality provisions of this Article 22 17 and has agreed to comply with such provisions. Release of Confidential Information. No Party shall release or disclose Confidential Information to any other person, except to its Affiliates (limited by FERC Standards of Conduct requirements), subcontractors, employees, consultants, or to parties who may be considering providing financing to or equity participation with DeveloperDevelopers, or to potential purchasers or assignees of a Party, on a need-to-know basis in SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2642 connection with this Agreement, unless such person has first been advised of the confidentiality provisions of this Article 22 16 and has agreed to comply with such provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party providing Confidential Information to any person shall remain primarily responsible for any release of Confidential Information in contravention of this Article 2216.

Release of Confidential Information. No Party shall release or disclose Confidential Information of another Party to any other person, except to its Affiliates (limited by FERC in accordance with the Commission’s Standards of Conduct requirements), subcontractors, employees, consultants, consultants or to parties who may be or considering providing financing to or equity participation with Developer, or to potential purchasers or assignees of a Party, in New Service Customer on a need-to-know basis in connection with this AgreementUpgrade CSA, unless such person has first been advised of the confidentiality provisions of this Article 22 Section and has agreed to comply with such provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party providing that provides Confidential Information of another Party to any person shall remain primarily responsible for any release of Confidential Information in contravention of this Article 22Section.

Release of Confidential Information. No Neither Party shall release or disclose Confidential Information to any other person, except to its Affiliates (limited by FERC the Standards of Conduct requirements), subcontractors, employees, consultants, or to parties who may be or considering providing financing to or equity participation with DeveloperInterconnection Customer, or to potential purchasers or assignees of a PartyInterconnection Customer, on a need-to-know basis in connection with this Agreementthese procedures, unless such person has first been advised of the confidentiality provisions of this Article 22 Section 163.1 and has agreed to comply with such provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party providing Confidential Information to any person shall remain primarily responsible for any release of Confidential Information in contravention of this Article 22Section 163.1.

Release of Confidential Information. No Party shall release or disclose Confidential Information to any other person, except to its Affiliates (limited by FERC the Commission’s Standards of Conduct requirements), subcontractors, employees, consultants, or to parties who may be or considering providing financing to or equity participation with Developer, in Project Developer or to potential purchasers or assignees of a PartyProject Developer, on a need-to-to- know basis in connection with this the Wholesale Market Participation Agreement, unless such person has first been advised of the confidentiality provisions of this Article 22 section 9 and has agreed to comply with such provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party providing Confidential Information to any person shall remain primarily responsible for any release of Confidential Information in contravention of this Article 22section 9.
