Common use of Release Limitations Clause in Contracts

Release Limitations. This Agreement does not release claims arising out of the failure of either Party to perform in conformity with the terms of this Agreement.

Release Limitations. This Agreement does not release release: (1) claims arising out of the failure of either any Party to perform in conformity with the terms of this Agreement; or (2) any disputes between the Parties or any Releasee arising after the Release Date that is not otherwise released herein.
