Release Delivery. In the event release is triggered under this Section 7 as provided above, Cryonix shall promptly release the applicable Deposit Materials and deliver them to Agen to the location designated by Agen (and in accordance with the delivery instructions provided by Agen) under Section 7(a)(ii) above or otherwise in writing. Agen shall pay the costs of such delivery.
