Release by Customer Clause Samples
The 'Release by Customer' clause serves to formally discharge the service provider or contractor from any further claims or liabilities once the customer has accepted the completion of work or delivery of goods. In practice, this clause typically applies after the customer has inspected and approved the final product or service, at which point they agree not to pursue additional claims related to the contract. Its core function is to provide finality and certainty for the provider, ensuring that once obligations are fulfilled and accepted, no further disputes or demands can be made by the customer regarding the completed work.
