Common use of Release and Reconveyance Clause in Contracts

Release and Reconveyance. The Trustee does hereby release and reconvey to the Issuer, without recourse, representation or warranty, on and after , (the “Reconveyance Date”) all right, title and interest in the Trust Estate whether then existing or thereafter created, all monies due or to become due with respect thereto and all proceeds of such Trust Estate, except for amounts, if any, held by the Trustee or any Paying Agent pursuant to Section 12.5 of the Base Indenture.
