RELAY EVENTS. 14.12.1 For all team events, a team list on the appropriate form must be submitted prior to the start of the event. It is permissible to change the team members between heats and finals, except that members of teams disqualified in a heat are precluded from competing in that final.
14.12.2 A swimmer must be registered with the Ovens & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ District Swimming Association to be eligible to swim in the O&M Championship Relay Events and have swum a minimum of 2 pennants within the current season.

A swimmer not meeting this criteria may only swim as an exhibition swimmer making the team ineligible for points or a placing.
