Relationship with Suppliers. The parties agree that the profitability and goodwill of the Corporation depends on continued, amicable relations with its suppliers and the Employee agrees, during his employment with the Corporation and for two years thereafter, he will not cause, request or advise any suppliers of the Corporation to curtail or cancel their business with the Corporation.
