Common use of Relationship with Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relationship with Indenture. The terms and provisions contained in the Indenture will constitute, and are hereby expressly made, a part of this First Supplemental Indenture. However, to the extent any provision of the Indenture conflicts with the express provisions of this First Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this First Supplemental Indenture will govern and be controlling.
