Relationship to the Participation Agreement. This Business Associate Addendum supplements the eHealth Exchange Participation Agreement. The terms and provisions of this Business Associate Addendum shall control to the extent they are contrary, contradictory or inconsistent with the terms of the eHealth Exchange Participation Agreement. Otherwise, the terms and provisions of the eHealth Exchange Participation Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
