RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING. 5.1 This Agreement is to be read in conjunction with the South Australian Municipal Salaried Officers Award and the Nurses South Australian (Local Government Sector) Award, provided that where there is any inconsistency with the relevant Award, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
