Common use of Relationship Limited Clause in Contracts

Relationship Limited. It is expressly understood and agreed that the relationship of Lessor and Lessee is one of Lessor and Lessee and not one of partnership or joint venture, and that Lessor shall not become responsible for any debt or obligation contracted or incurred by Lessee nor shall Lessee become responsible for any debt or obligation contracted or incurred by Lessor.
