Relationship Limited. It is expressly understood and agreed that the relationship of Landlord and Tenant is one of Landlord and Tenant and not one of partnership or joint venture, and that Landlord shall not become responsible for any debt or obligation contracted or incurred by Tenant nor shall Tenant become responsible for any debt or obligation contracted or incurred by Landlord.
Relationship Limited.
