Relationship between the Company and Holders and Owners. Notwithstanding any provision in this Deposit Agreement to the contrary, the parties to this Deposit Agreement understand and agree that Owners and Holders in their capacities as such, are not holders of Shares and, therefore, do not have any claims or rights against or in relation to the Company to the extent that such claims or rights are conferred by being holders of Shares.
