Relationship Affirmation. The Union recognizes its obligation to cooperate with the HACM to assure maximum service of the highest quality and efficiency to the citizens of Monterey County, consonant with its obligations to the workers it represents. The HACM and the Union affirm the principle that harmonious labor-management relations are to be promoted and furthered.
