Common use of Relations with Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Relations with Third Parties. The execution of this Agreement and compliance by Buyer with its obligations arising herefrom shall not conflict or result in violation of any agreement to which Buyer is subject or bound to, a conflict or violation which may reasonably adversely affect the capacity of Buyer to comply with its obligations arising herefrom.
