Relations with Other Organizations and Agencies. The Centre may cooperate with other intergovernmental organizations and governmental and non-governmental organizations or agencies whose interests and activities are relevant to its objectives. To this end, the Director, acting under the authority of the Governing Council, may establish working relationships with such organizations or agencies, and make any arrangements that may be necessary to ensure effective cooperation. Any formal arrangements entered into with such organizations and agencies shall be subject to the approval of the Governing Council.
