Related Construction at Site. A. OWNER may perform other work related to the Project at the Site by OWNER's own forces, or let other direct contracts therefor or have other work performed by utility owners. Written notice thereof will be given to DESIGN/BUILDER prior to starting any such other work. OWNER shall be responsible for such other work including, without limitation, maintaining and supervising safety precautions and programs in connection with such other work.
