Rejection Payment Orders. The execution of the Payment Orders shall be carried out provided that the Customer has sufficient funds available to the Bank, or when the Bank has agreed to execute the Payment Order in overdraft, without prejudice to the Customer's obligation to effect the pertinent coverage and replenishment of funds. The Bank reserves the authority to reject a Payment Order (i) when the requisites established in the above paragraph are not met, or
