Common use of Rejected Charges Clause in Contracts

Rejected Charges. If any charges are rejected by your credit card issuer or the account provided is closed, then Xcitium may deactivate your account until payment is successfully received. Xcitium may deactivate any account that has a disputed charge until Xcitium, in its sole discretion, determines the dispute resolved.
