The OCN, From XXX, and Invoice Number will control the invoice sequencing The From XXX will be used to identify to <<customer_name>> which BellSouth XXX is sending the message. BellSouth and <<customer_name>> will use the invoice sequencing to control data exchange. BellSouth will be notified of sequence failures identified by <<customer_name>> and resend the data as appropriate. THE DATA WILL BE PACKED USING ATIS EMI RECORDS.
Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.
The Goods C12.1 If requested by the Authority, the Contractor shall either provide the Authority with samples of Goods or performance demonstrations of Goods for evaluation and approval at the Contractor’s cost and expense.
TRADE IN GOODS ARTICLE 2.1
Inspection and Rejection of Nonconforming Goods (a) Buyer shall inspect the goods within five days of receipt (“Inspection Period”). DEFECTIVE GOODS 20.1 Notwithstanding any certificate and/or receipt that may have been issued by or on behalf of Transnet either in South Africa or overseas, Goods will be accepted at the place of delivery or at the port of shipment, as specified in this Agreement, only as regards outward condition of packages and Transnet retains the right to reject the Goods supplied, on or after arrival at the place to which they are consigned, or after they have been placed in use in South Africa, should they be found defective.

ODUF Pack Rejection 6.4.1 Image Access will notify BellSouth within one (1) business day of rejected packs (via the mutually agreed medium). Packs could be rejected because of pack sequencing discrepancies or a critical edit failure on the Pack Header or Pack Trailer records (e.g., out-of-balance condition on grand totals, invalid data populated). Standard ATIS EMI error codes will be used. Image Access will not be required to return the actual rejected data to BellSouth. Rejected packs will be corrected and retransmitted to Image Access by BellSouth.
Drawings Submitted During the Contract Term Where required to develop maintain and deliver diagrams or other technical schematics regarding the scope of work, Contractor shall do so on an ongoing basis at no additional charge, and must, as a condition of payment, update drawings and plans during the Contract term to reflect additions, alterations, and deletions. Such drawings and diagrams shall be delivered to the Authorized User’s representative.
