Common use of Reimbursement to the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement to the Borrower. any Utilisation to be made in accordance with Clause 3.1(b) (Reimbursement to the Borrower), the Loan requested in a Utilisation Request must be in Dollars. The Borrower shall confirm in each such Utilisation Request that the requested Dollar amount is the Dollar equivalent of the relevant Euro amount applying a Euro to Dollar exchange rate of one (1) Euro for US$1.34. Each Utilisation made pursuant to Clause 3.1(b) (Reimbursement to the Borrower) shall be made in Dollars;
