Reimbursement Request. The Grant Recipient shall have submitted to the City’s Director of Finance at ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Mesquite, Texas 75149, within sixty (60) days after the date the City’s building and code inspectors have confirmed in writing that the Work complies with all plans, approvals, building permits and sign permits issued in connection with the Work, a written request for reimbursement of the lesser of: (a) 50% of the costs and expenses incurred and paid by the Grant Recipient in connection with Eligible Reimbursements within the scope of the Work; and (b) the amount of the approved grant (the “Reimbursement Request”);
