Common use of Reimbursement Program Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement Program. To xxxxxx and encourage lifelong learning, all full-time members who have completed one (1) or more years of continuous active service prior to the date of the start of a course shall be eligible for a reimbursement of instructional fees, laboratory fees and general fees of up to three thousand-five hundred dollars ($3,500) per calendar year for undergraduate studies; up to three thousand- seven hundred fifty dollars ($3,750) per calendar year for graduate studies; or up to two thousand dollars ($2,000) per calendar year for courses/training for continuing education voluntarily undertaken by the member that is directly related to the member’s job duties. Reimbursement shall not exceed a combined total of four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500.00) per calendar year for undergraduate and graduate studies. The tuition reimbursement program shall be subject to the following conditions:
