Reimbursement; Other Matters. (i) Except to the extent otherwise specifically identified by the Distribution Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, a party providing Records or access to information to the other party under this Section 13 shall be entitled to receive from the recipient, upon the presentation of invoices therefore, payments for such amounts, relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses, as may be reasonably incurred in providing such Records or access to information.
