Common use of Reimbursement of the Manager Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of the Manager. The Manager shall be entitled to reimbursement from the Company for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by it or its affiliates, on behalf of the Company and the Company property, in managing the business and affairs of the Company and the Company property and in the formation of the Company (other than indirect overhead expenses), including but not limited to the Manager’s expenses in preparation of this and related agreements, legal, accounting, architectural and engineering expenses incurred on behalf of the Company and the Company property.
