Common use of Reimbursement of Landlord Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Landlord. If Landlord incurs any expenses in the enforcement of this Guaranty, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements, whether or not legal action be instituted, Guarantor shall pay the same immediately upon demand by Landlord which shall be accompanied by evidence of such expenses.

Reimbursement of Landlord. If any Landlord incurs any (i) expenses in the enforcement of this Guaranty or (ii) any costs payable to third parties in the administration of this Guaranty, in each case including but not limited to actual third party administrative costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements, whether or not legal action be is instituted, Guarantor shall pay the same immediately upon demand by Landlord such Landlord, which shall be accompanied by evidence of such expenses.
