Common use of Reimbursement of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse the Employee you for all reasonable expenses you incur in the course of performing your duties under this Agreement that are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection withbusiness expenses, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time Company’s requirements with respect to timereporting and documentation of such expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted upon presentation by the Employee of documentation, expense statements, vouchers and/or such other supporting information as the Company from time to timemay request, provided however, that the amount available for such travel, entertainment and other expenses may be fixed in advance by the Board.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in the course of, and necessary in connection with, or related to, the performance by the Employee of his dutiesduties to the Company, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, provided that such expenses are substantiated in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeCompany’s policies.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company During his Employment with the Company, Employee shall reimburse the Employee be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other necessary business expenses incurred or paid by on behalf of the Employee in connection withCompany, or related toincluding without limitation, the performance of his dutiestravel and entertainment expenses, responsibilities or services under this Agreementbusiness supplies and communication expenses, in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to time.

The Company Employee shall reimburse the Employee be reimbursed for all reasonable normal items of travel, entertainment and other miscellaneous business expenses reasonably incurred or paid by the Employee in connection withon behalf of the Company, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, provided that such expenses are documented and submitted in accordance with the reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by of the Company as in effect from time to time.

The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted upon presentation by the Employee of documentation, expense statements, receipts, vouchers and/or such other supporting information as the Company from time to timemay request, provided, however, that the maximum amount available for such travel, entertainment and other expenses may be fixed in advance by the Company.

The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his or her duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to time.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment travel and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection withperforming his obligations under this Agreement in a manner consistent with past Company practice. The Company further agrees to furnish Employee with such assistance and accommodations as shall be suitable to the character of Employee’s position with the Company, or related to, adequate for the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance duties and consistent with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the past Company from time to timepractice.

The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, temporary lodging, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, with or related to, to the performance of his duties, duties or responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with provided that Employee submits to the Company substantiation of such expenses sufficient to satisfy the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company record keeping guidelines promulgated from time to timetime by the Internal Revenue Service.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Agreement in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and proceduresas set forth in the Company’s employee handbook, and a copy of which has been provided to the Employee. The reimbursement of expenses hereunder shall be subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeterms and conditions set forth in Section 18(e) of this Agreement.

All such reimbursements shall be made by the Company from time immediately following presentation by Employee to timethe Company of appropriate documentation evidencing such expenses.

The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with expense reimbursement policies and proceduresof the Company, and subject to limitations, adopted upon presentation by the Employee of documentation, expense statements, vouchers and/or such other supporting information as the Company from time to timemay reasonably request.

Reimbursement of Expenses. Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other business expenses actually incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, duties hereunder upon presentation of expense statements and/or such other supporting information as the Company may reasonably require of Employee and in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeCompany’s general procedures and policies. Such reimbursements shall be made no later than the last day of the calendar year following the calendar year in which such expenses were incurred.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment travel and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services obligations under this Agreementagreement, provided that the Employee properly accounts therefor in accordance with the policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by procedures of the Company from time to timeCompany.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable business travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, . Such expenses shall be appropriately submitted and approved in accordance with the Company's policies applicable to senior executives, as well as applicable Federal and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timestate tax record keeping requirements.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay, or reimburse the Employee for for, all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services obligations under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to time.

The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, duties in accordance with such policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, as may be adopted by the Company from time to timetime by the Company.

The Company shall promptly reimburse the Employee for all reasonable and necessary travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee him in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, duties hereunder in accordance with the policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by procedures of the Company as in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other business expenses actually incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, duties hereunder upon presentation of expense statements and/or such other supporting information as the Company may reasonably require of Employee and in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeCompany’s general procedures and policies.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment travel and other expenses incurred or paid by him during the Employee Employment Term in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services duties under this Agreement, in accordance with the Company’s reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeupon submission of satisfactory evidence thereof.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Agreement in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and proceduresas set forth in the Company’s employee handbook, and a copy of which has been provided to the Employee. The reimbursement of expenses hereunder shall be subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeterms and conditions set forth in Section 19(e) of this Agreement.

The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other proper travel and out-of-pocket expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, all in accordance with the Company's policies as to the allowable amount of such expenses and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeprovision of itemized reports.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, upon presentation by the Employee of documentation, expense statements, vouchers and/or such other supporting information as the Company may request in accordance with the Company’s written policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeregarding reimbursements.

The Company Employee shall reimburse the Employee be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable expenses for travel, entertainment meals, and other expenses entertainment, incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or with and reasonably related to, to the performance furtherance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeCompany's business.

The Company Employee shall reimburse the Employee be reimbursed for all any necessary and reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses tax deductible expenditures incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Employee’s duties on behalf of the Company during the term of employment as approved by the Chief Executive Officer and in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeCompany’s Travel Policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment travel and other business expenses incurred or paid by him in the fulfillment of his duties hereunder upon presentation by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreementan itemized account of such expenditures, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timepractices consistently applied.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travelexpenses, entertainment actually and other expenses properly incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his dutiesduties for the Company, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject including all expenses relating to limitations, adopted travel by the Employee on behalf of the Company from time or any affiliates of the Company. The Employee shall furnish to timethe Company such statements, vouchers and other particulars of expenses as the Company may reasonably require. The Employee shall not be entitled to a general vehicle allowance.

Reimbursement of Expenses. 3.2.1 The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under duties pursuant to this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by agreement upon the Employee providing the Company from time with receipts for such expenses, Such reimbursable, expenses shall include but not limited to timeall travel, lodging, entertainment and all other expenses as deemed necessary.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travelexpenses, entertainment actually and other expenses properly incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his dutiesduties for the Company, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject including all expenses relating to limitations, adopted travel by the Employee on behalf of the Company from time or any affiliates of the Company. The Employee shall furnish to timethe Company such statements, vouchers and other particulars of expenses as the Company may reasonably require.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment travel and other expenses incurred or paid by him during the Employee Term in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services duties under this Agreement, in accordance with the Company's reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeupon submission of satisfactory evidence thereof.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to time.in

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment travel and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, with service as an employee of the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Company in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies as established and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company changed from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his her duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Agreement in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and proceduresas set forth in the Company’s employee handbook, and a copy of which has been provided to the Employee. The reimbursement of expenses hereunder shall be subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeterms and conditions set forth in Section 19(e) of this Agreement.

The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other agreed upon business expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection withwith the duties to be provided hereunder, or related toincluding phone, travel, lodging, meals and entertainment undertaken at the performance direction of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeCompany.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company Employee shall reimburse the Employee be promptly reimbursed for all reasonable travel, normal items of travel and entertainment and other miscellaneous expenses reasonably incurred or paid by the Employee in connection withon behalf of the Company, or related to, provided that such expenses are documented and submitted to the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Company all in accordance with the reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by of the Company as in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable ordinary and necessary expenses incurred and paid by Employee in the course of the performance of Employee's duties pursuant to this Agreement and consistent with the Company's policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and proceduresbusiness expenses, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time Company's requirements with respect to timethe manner of approval and reporting of such expenses. 3.3.

The Company Employee shall reimburse the Employee be reimbursed for all reasonable normal items of travel, entertainment and other miscellaneous business expenses reasonably incurred or paid by him on behalf of the Employee in connection withEmployer, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, provided that such expenses are documented and submitted in accordance with the reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by of the Company Employer as in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment travel and other expenses incurred or paid by him during the Employee Employment Term in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services duties under this Agreement, in accordance with the Company's reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeupon submission of satisfactory evidence thereof.

Reimbursement for such expenses will be pursuant to, and limited by, the Company’s policies with respect to reimbursing business expenses of employees of the Company shall reimburse holding similar positions as the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timewill require proper documentation.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company Employee shall reimburse the Employee be reimbursed for any and all reasonable travel, entertainment costs and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his dutiesservices and duties as specified in this Agreement or incurred by Employee on behalf of, responsibilities or services under this Agreementin furtherance of the business of Bank, including, but not limited to business expenses incurred in accordance connection with policies travel and proceduresentertainment; provided, however, that Employee shall submit to Bank supporting receipts and subject information satisfactory to limitations, adopted by the Company from time Bank with respect to timesuch reasonable costs and expenses.

The reimbursement of expenses hereunder shall be subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeterms and conditions set forth in Section 18(e) of this Agreement.

The Company Employee shall reimburse the Employee be reimbursed for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses reasonably incurred or paid by the Employee him in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his dutiesduties on behalf of the Company, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject upon presentation to limitations, adopted by the Company of appropriate documentation and receipts therefor. The Company may, from time to time, advance travel and related expenses to Employee in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable documented expenses (in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Internal Revenue Service) incurred by Employee in the course of performing his duties under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timebusiness expenses.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment travel and other expenses incurred or paid by him during the Employee Term in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services duties under this Amended Agreement, in accordance with the Company’s reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeupon submission of satisfactory evidence thereof.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Agreement in accordance with policies and procedures, and the Company’s expense reimbursement policies. The reimbursement of expenses hereunder shall be subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeterms and conditions set forth in Section 19(e) of this Agreement.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company Employee shall reimburse the Employee be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable expenses for travel, entertainment meals, and other expenses entertainment, incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or with and reasonably related to, to the performance furtherance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeCompany’s business.

The Company Employee shall reimburse the Employee be reimbursed for all reasonable travel, entertainment and customary travel and other business expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his dutiesEmployee's duties hereunder, responsibilities or services under this Agreementprovided that such reimbursement shall be subject to, and in accordance with with, any expense reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by and/or expense documentation requirements of the Company that may be in effect from time to time, and further provided that all travel and entertainment expenses shall be pre-approved by the Company.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company Employee shall reimburse the Employee be entitled to be reimbursed for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection withwith and reasonably related to the furtherance of the Company's business, or related including, but not limited to, the performance of his dutiesexpenses for travel, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies meals and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeentertainment.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Employee in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this AgreementEmployee, in accordance with policies and procedurespractices of the Company then in effect, for (i) expense of moving in connection with a Company-directed change of the Employee's headquarters under circumstances reasonably requiring a change of residence, and subject to limitations(ii) travel, adopted by the Company from time to timeentertainment and other business expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses.
