Common use of Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Business and Other Expenses. Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, and the Company shall promptly reimburse him for all such business expenses incurred in connection therewith, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s business expense reimbursement policies. All such reimbursements will be made in any event no later than the last day of Executive’s taxable year following the taxable year in which the expense was incurred. The expenses reimbursed by the Company during any taxable year of Executive will not affect the expenses reimbursed by the Company in another taxable year. Further, this right to reimbursement is not subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.
