Common use of Reimbursement of all sums cited in Articles 5 Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of all sums cited in Articles 5. 1.1 and 5.1.2 above may be claimed in accordance with the conditions set out in this article notwithstanding that the Bureau may not have settled all claims arising out of the same accident. The handling fee provided for under Article 5.1.3 above may also be claimed if the principal sum which is the subject of the reimbursement is in excess of the amount fixed by the Council of Bureaux.
