REIMBURSEMENT FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY LOSS/DAMAGE. 11.13.1. In accordance with district procedures, the District will pay the cost of replacing or repairing property of a unit member such as eyeglasses, hearing aids, dentures, or watches when such articles are damaged in the line of duty and without fault of the unit member or for articles of clothing necessarily worn or carried by the unit member, or vehicles, when such items are damaged in the line of duty as a result of malicious acts and without fault of the unit member.
