Common use of Regulatory Supervision or Penalty Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Supervision or Penalty. The receipt of notice from any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over Guarantor that (A) Guarantor is being placed under regulatory supervision, (B) any license, Permit, charter, membership or registration material to the conduct of Guarantor’s business or the Mortgaged Properties is to be suspended or revoked or (C) Guarantor is to cease and desist any practice, procedure or policy employed by Guarantor, as the case may be, in the conduct of its business, and such cessation would have, or may reasonably be expected to have, a Material Adverse Effect;
