Regulatory Sampling Sample Clauses

Regulatory Sampling. The Partner shall conduct the following sampling and testing at the frequencies listed: Monthly: - 10 bacteriological samples and 10 Residual Disinfectant Chlorine (RDC) samples, 1 from the treatment plant tap and 9 different locations listed in TE 2-4. The Partner shall calculate both monthly and annual averages for the RDC samples. - 1 sample to be analyzed for raw water total organic carbon (TOC), raw water alkalinity, and finished water TOC and calculate both monthly and annual averages for each. - 1 sample to be analyzed for cryptosporidium -Monitor and calculate both quarterly and annual averages for total trihalomethanes (TTHM) and haloacetic acids (HAA5) at 2 locations.
