The 'Water Samples' clause establishes the requirements and procedures for collecting, testing, and analyzing water samples within the scope of an agreement. Typically, it outlines who is responsible for obtaining the samples, the standards or methods to be used for testing, and how the results should be reported or acted upon. Water Samples. Jar samples of water shall be taken at the commencement of each shift.

Water Samples. TESTS The Partner shall support the installation water supply testing requirements. This requirement extends throughout the water system from the raw water intake to any particular building interior tap location. The Partner participate in discussions to determine corrective actions. The Partner shall confirm compliance for all IEPA required testing using the Drinking Water Watch program. The IEPA tracks compliance in the Drinking Water Watch program. Water Samples. BHP shall submit to the Minister of Health (Canada) as soon as practicable, a report from a certified environmental laboratory with respect to water samples taken by BHP concerning radiological data and shall provide a copy of such report to the Minister. Standard water sampling protocols and analytical methods must be followed by the certified environmental laboratory in preparing such report.
