Common use of Regulatory Approvals for the Facility Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Approvals for the Facility. To the extent applicable, SBL shall obtain and maintain all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of any federal, state or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other governmental entity (other than the Regulatory Approvals, which will be obtained or maintained by Client) that are required to Manufacture the Product at the Facility and perform the Services.

Regulatory Approvals for the Facility. To the extent applicable, SBL shall obtain and continuously maintain all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of any federal, state or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other governmental entity (other than the Regulatory Approvals, which will be obtained or maintained by Client) that are required to Manufacture and ship the Product at the Facility and perform the ServicesServices including, but not limited to, cGMP Manufacture.

To the extent applicableSBL shall, SBL shall at its cost and expense, obtain and maintain all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of any federal, state or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other governmental entity (other than the Regulatory Approvals, which will be obtained or maintained by Client) and subject to Applicable Laws that are required to Manufacture and ship the Product at the Facility and perform the Services.

To the extent applicable, SBL shall obtain and maintain all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of any federal, state or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other governmental entity (other than the Regulatory Approvals, which will be obtained or maintained by Client) Approvals that are required to Manufacture and ship the Product at the Facility and perform the Services. For clarity, as between the Parties, Client shall obtain and hold all clinical trial applications and marketing approvals (and applications therefor) for the Product.
