Common use of Regulatory and Other Notices Clause in Contracts

Regulatory and Other Notices. Promptly after filing, receiving or becoming aware thereof, Borrower will deliver or cause to be delivered copies of any filings or communications sent to, or notices and other communications received by, any Loan Party or any of its respective Restricted Subsidiaries from any Governmental Authority, including the FCC, any applicable PUC and the SEC, relating to any noncompliance by any Loan Party or any of its respective Restricted Subsidiaries with any law or with respect to any matter or proceeding the effect of which, in each case, would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
