Common use of Regulatory Agreement Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Agreement. The Project is, as of the date of origination of the Funding Loan, in compliance with all requirements of the Regulatory Agreement to the extent such requirements are applicable; and the Borrower intends to cause the residential units in the Project to be rented or available for rental on a basis which satisfies the requirements of the Regulatory Agreement, including all applicable requirements of the Act and the Code and the Regulations, and pursuant to leases which comply with all applicable laws.

Regulatory Agreement. The Project is, as of the date of origination of the Funding Loan, in compliance with all requirements of the Regulatory Agreement to the extent such requirements are applicable; and the Borrower intends to cause the residential units in the Project to be rented or available for rental on a basis which satisfies the 33OHS WEST:261155539.6 requirements of the Regulatory Agreement, including all applicable requirements of the Act and the Code and the Regulations, and pursuant to leases which comply with all applicable laws.
