Regular Wage. Effective July 1, 2017, all bargaining unit classifications shall receive a one-half percent (0.5%)
Regular Wage. Effective January 1, 2020 or the first pay period following ratification by both parties, whichever is later, all bargaining unit classifications shall receive a three and one quarter percent (3.25%) COLA. Effective January 1, 2021 or the first pay period following ratification by both parties, whichever is later, all bargaining unit classifications shall receive a three percent (3%) COLA. Effective January 1, 2022 or the first pay period following ratification by both parties, whichever is later, all bargaining unit classifications shall receive a three percent (3%) COLA. Effective January 1, 2020 or the first pay period following ratification by both parties, whichever is later, additional wage steps shall be added as follows: • Dispatcher II step 8 at the beginning of the 10th year of service = 1% over step 7 • Dispatcher II step 9 at the beginning of the 20th year of service = 2% over step 8 • Dispatch Supervisor step 6 at the beginning of the 10th year of service = 1% over step 5 • Dispatcher Supervisor step 7 at the beginning of the 20th year of service = 2% over step 6
