Common use of Regular Vesting Clause in Contracts

Regular Vesting. This option will become exercisable as to 25% of the original number of Shares on the date of the grant of the option (the “Grant Date”) and as to an additional 1/36th of the remaining number of Shares on that day of the month for each of the next 36 months thereafter. This option shall expire upon, and will not be exercisable after, the Final Exercise Date.

Regular Vesting. This option will become exercisable as to 25% of the ---------------- original number of Shares on the first anniversary of the date of the grant of the option (the “"Grant Date”") and as to an additional 1/36th of the remaining number of Shares on that day of the month for each of the next 36 months thereafter. This option shall expire upon, and will not be exercisable after, the Final Exercise Date.

This option will become exercisable as to 25% one-third --------------- of the original number of Shares on the date first anniversary of the grant of the option (the “Grant Date”) Date and as to an additional 1/36th 1/24th of the remaining number of Shares on that the day of the month of the Grant Date for each of the next 36 24 months thereafter. This option shall expire upon, and will not be exercisable after, the Final Exercise Date.
