Common use of Regular Trips Clause in Contracts

Regular Trips. Those trips transporting students between home and school on a regularly scheduled daily 3 bus route. All routes shall be annually rebid by seniority by October 15th. Routes will be 4 filled temporarily to begin the school year, pending the annual bidding by October 15th of 5 each year. Additional time in excess of thirty (30) minutes per day, after October 15th, 6 shall be awarded on the basis of seniority to the senior most eligible driver. At the request 7 of either the District or the Association, the parties agree to meet to discuss implementation 8 of this Section.
